MDR1-(Multi-Drug Resistance 1) A genetic varriation causes sensitivity to Ivermectin and a number of other drugs. Dogs with one or two copies of MDR1 will react to those drugs. Whether a dog reacts depends on the dosage of the drug. Dogs with this MDR1 have a transport defect—the drug goes in to their brains, fails to be transported out, and builds up to toxic levels. This can causes serious neurological problems including seizures and sometimes death.
HC-(Hereditary Cataract) Cataracts (clouding of the lens of the eye) are a common cause of blindness in dogs.
DM-(Degenerative myelopathy) A disease affecting the spinal cord, resulting in slowly progressive hind limb weakness and paralysis.
Aussies, Inspired by our surroundings!

The Peaceful country side, acres and acres of grass, and the cool canopy of the Spanish oak offer the ultimate balance of tranquility & activity. The combination of open grass land & Spanish oak grove provide stunning views and help to keep all of our dogs physically and mentally fit. This provides the perfect environment for our Aussie puppies to thrive and grow into beautiful show quality dogs.

All of our puppies are born in our home, they are socialized with adults, children other dogs and cats. Our puppies are used to out side temperatures and Kennel trained at 6 weeks old. We do not allow out side visitors while we have unvaccinated Puppies!
